By using Follow Sync, you agree to the following terms.

Service Description

• Follow Sync is a GitHub OAuth application for analyzing your follower network.
• It helps you find non-mutuals, detect ghost accounts, and manage connections.
• The app is client-heavy and runs without dedicated servers or databases.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for your GitHub account and actions taken with Follow Sync.
• Use the app in compliance with GitHub’s Terms of Service and API usage policies.
• Do not use Follow Sync for abusive, automated, or harmful behavior.

Data Ownership

• All analysis data is stored in a GitHub Gist under your account.
• You retain ownership and control of this data at all times.

Limitations

• Follow Sync is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for data loss, account restrictions, or issues arising from GitHub API limits.
• Availability depends on GitHub’s services, which may affect functionality.

Modifications

• These terms may be updated over time. Continued use of Follow Sync after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
